Restricted Profile/Security Settings

Hope I’m in the right support section. Was trying to create parental control but on the Kodi Mediabox for a smart tv I somehow made a restricted profile and can’t access anything. Makes sense. Locked but can’t access User or device or anything on Settings from main screen. Has anyone encountered this one? wow.
