Custom <tag> in .nfo file

I want my skin to display Title [English Title] after picking up the second one from from the .nfo file:

<title>Aguirre, der Zorn Gottes</title>
    <englishtitle>Aguirre, the Wrath of God</englishtitle>

Can this be done?
