JSON and Login Screen – control problems

Hello,

ive a problem with my IR-Receiver (yard2).

The Receiver control Kodi via JSON and it seems, that
Kodi disable JSON in the Login Screen (if i want switch between
my profiles)

How can i enable JSON also here?
