Kodi RC3 / RC2 – Clean install with default joystick mapping
In windows
Z axis max is left trigger
Z axis min is right trigger
Triggers detection is not working reliably on kodi start
Difficult to reproduce, but just launching Kodi a few times is sufficient to notice
It will randomely
– Sometimes correctly detect right and left triggers (mapped to scrolling by default in the UI)
– Sometimes detect only right trigger
– Sometimes detect only left trigger
– Sometimes detect no trigger at all
Debug log (only one trigger out of 2 detected at start)
Also noticed no GUI sounds when navigating UI with Xinput controller. Sounds are played though when using the keyboard.
