missing file manager

this is embarrassing for me, given that i am not a newbie , i host my own wizard , builds etc . Just trying this skin , I have played around now for 2 hrs and i cannot find “file manager” ? , I can’t do anything until i can add some sources but i jus cannot see “file manager ” could someone please put me right here?
