Kodi Krypton RC4 python issue

Hi,

I managed to get my Kodi Krypton RC4 ( from git ) successfully compiled on a fresh ubuntu desktop version 16.04. But once i start Kodi i have this issue:

ImportError: No module named _sysconfigdata_nd

From google research, i updated my virtualenv for python, but still not working.
The work around is to create a link to this missing file _sysconfigdata_nd.py
Then Kodi Start and work fine as a player, until you want to use any plugin, always failing and core dump…

I able to reproduce this same issue on my Raspberry 3 and Odroid 2.

Any others users got same issue ?
