Random TV Thumbnails Missing

I’m using a Fire TV here, and this appears to only be an issue with TV shows, not movies. If I delete the show and do a rescan, it’s still bad.

I’ve tried deleting the textures13.dba and wiping the Thumbnails folder.

Anyone have any suggestions?
