I tried downloading the missing DLL from the dll-files site. This did not help.
I tried a repair of the VC++ 2015 redistribution. It failed. I then uninstalled and tried to re-install; running the installer as an administrator. It failed. Here is the resulting log file.
If someone can make since of this and tell me why it is failing and how to fix it…that would be GREAT!
