Can anyone think of a reason why I would have perfectly smooth video when the on screen controls are visible but as soon as they disappear the video becomes choppy? This system worked perfectly until I installed 17.
Windows 10 64 bit. 720P video.
I can give a log and more specifics if anyone thinks it would help.
