Titan skin

when I first downloaded the skin and selected a movie, when the movie started to play the info panel would automatically pop up showing the play, plause buttons ect. also with info on quality of stream 1080p dts sound ect. Ive done some editing and now this isnt happening. Can any one point me in the right direction of which setting I changed that screwed this up?
