cache settings in advancedsettings.xml

Hey
I recognized that whatever value I enter in
<cache>
<memorysize></memorysize>
<readfactor</readfactor>
</cache>

Kodi never uses more than 200 MB of RAM and always buffers with the same speed.
What’s going wrong, here?
