No Resolution Options?

Using Kodi 16.1 on a Xiaomi Mi Box (US edition)

When I go to system info in Kodi it says Screen Resolution 1920×1080@60hz. TV is 4K@60hz. Mi box is set to 4K@60hz. When I toggle my tv screen settings it says its displaying at 4K@60hz, but why wouldnt Kodi reflect this? In the settings options there are absolutely zero settings to change the resolution (im in expert mode). I just want to be sure when Im playing a 4K file that Im getting true 4K output, and not 1080P upscaled. Is there a way to change Kodi to 4K output?
