Seems like a fairly common problem but I have installed both the Launcher versions and Windows Store Versions of Kodi on my Windows 10 PC. It initially worked after the install but the second time I tried to launch (and every other time thereafter) I get a BSOD with a system_service_exception.
Following the errors on here in November 2016 I have identified the Bucket ID from the Reliability Monitor and I have the follow code:
0x3B_nt!CmQueryValueKey
I am running an Nviidia GPU with the latest drivers. Infact I updated the drivers after the error but it did not fix the issue.
