Video Library menu missing

Hey guys,

So today my Video Library menu has disappeared, it was there yesterday and now it’s gone.
Running on Kodi 16.1
Rapier 9.5.18

Video library list shows in other skins

So I click on ADD-ONS

And then the screen opens up but with no menu

I’ve reloaded the skin, I’ve uninstalled Rapier and then reinstalled and the menu is still missing, any ideasConfused?
