cannot load kryton 17

hi all very new to all this but I have a new tv box model t95z plus with android 6.0.1 running kodi 16.1 works perfect but no matter what I try I cannot update the box to kodi 17 . I have removed kodi 16 plus emptied the cache tried to loadfrom a sd card but still no luck can anyone help me please .
