all versions of kodi errors on my win10 laptop

yes i am getting all kinds of errors on my windows 10 laptop with all versions of kodi and addons and i really need someones help fixing them please iptv is not working nouthing will load or play and i am useing an vpn i use pia sense its $40 for one year i thought once ur behind your vpn your isp can’t block you well anyways i hope someone can help me fix my kodi errors i’m hoping to cut out calbe tv all togather and just use kodi for everything if i can lower my google fiber bill to just $80 a mounth for just the 1gbps internet and fiber phone service that would be great kind don’t like paying for all of them channels and don’t even watch but maybe 40 out of 500
