Hi all I have a tonbux m9 and today my little boy somehow managed to press a button on either the remote or the wireless keypad that has changed the screen display and I can’t seem to fathom out what to press to get it back. There are now 2 black bands either side of the screen similar to what you would get if you were watching a movie with letterbox setting only rather than it being too and bottom they are at the sides. It’s on the main menus as soon as I turn it on and also whenever I try and watch anything on the addons.
It’s not in settings as I have been through all of that and have changed the screen full etc and the resolution etc. He must have pressed something to change the way it comes up as there is also a couple of icons in the home screen that’s appear to be out of the readable screen area.
Any ideas??
