Adjust refresh rate not working (again)

Hi,

Seems like latest krypton nightly has issue with “adjust screen refresh rate”

My screen is capable of 60Hz , 80Hz , 100Hz , 120Hz and 144Hz (you can see in the log that kodi see all those mode)

But no matter what is the fps of the file I try to play, kodi always set my screen to 60Hz

I try with a 23.976 fps file:
-144Hz should be the match
-kodi does not even try it (weird…)
-kodi try 120Hz (could be a good match too)
-Kodi decide that 120Hz is not a good match (weird…)
-Kodi try 100Hz
-Kodi decide 100Hz is not a good match
-Kodi switch my screen to 60Hz

I try with 25fps , 24fps and 30fps with the same result

What I have try already:
-reinstall GPU driver wwith no luck
-make sure that G-sync was disable (as kkodi does not seem to like it)
