No file manager in my settings!!

Hello, I bought a km8 Pro with kodi 17.0 krypon and when I open the kodi app… I go to the bottom center to the settings tab and when i click on that, it opens a screen of files… I don’t have a “Event log” or a “File Manager” file to open up! I have all the other files…. just not those 2 files? Can someone help me? Thanks
