Its a shame my first post on the forum is asking for help, but I have done all of the things I can think of to solve this problem
I have installed kodi on my computer, and added videos to it. I set The TVDB to scan the video files, which it tried to do, and it failed. I did some digging and found that kodi can’t access anything on the internet, even search for new plugins (this is when I realized I had connection issues in general, as mirrors.kodi.tv was not accessible)
I am aware of the april fools prank that disabled the servers, but I continued working the problem after kodi.tv was back online. Also, this has always been a problem since I first heard of and installed kodi.
I enabled logging to see how far it got before errors, and it looks like Curl (whatever that is) is not able to make a connection due to it timing out.
I have a 300mbps down and 20 up connection, And I am able to connect to mirrors.kodi.tv in my browser.
I checked the Kodi System Info on Internet, and it says connected
I uninstalled kodi, deleted the %appdata% folder to be sure, which still has a problem
I disabled my firewall just in case (both AVG, and Windows firewall), still no luck, so i re-enabled the windows one.
I managed to get kodi to connect online on my laptop, which is connected to the same network, so the router couldn’t be a issue.
I tried to get into safe mode, but I had no internet connection at all no matter what I told windows to do in System Config. So I would rather not start another thread somewhere else to figure out how to fix safe mode.
That is as far as I could guess to do. So here is my DEBUG log file if anyone is willing to help me.

I am on Windows 10 Home 64x
version 1607
OS build 14393.953
Kodi Version is the latest recommended installer download as of April 1st (version 17.1, Git:20170320-fc1619b)
Specs
Intel i7 6700k
32GB of DDR4 Ram
For anyone helping me, I am computer literate, just not well acquainted with Kodi, due to never working properly. Also I am willing to completely delete kodi as I never continued building my library since I figured out it couldn’t connect anyway.
