I am planning on building a multi-media server that will be able to store uncompressed rips of my entire dvd, blu-ray, and hd-dvd collection. I have over 5000 titles that include many seasons of various television series. This being my first computer build I would like a second opinion on the parts that I chose. 2 Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.6GHz 8-Core Processors because of their affordable price and popularity with server builds.
