I have an Amazon Firestick that had Kodi 16.1 installed. I keep getting a message that I need to upgrade to 17.1. I have looked at various Youtubes, one specifically for an update as opposed to a first time install.
When I go to the Kodi website thru ES Explore and try to open in a new browser I get a message “unsupported browser link” Amazon fire TV does not support open browser links. Try opening thge web browser on another device”
Does this mean that I cannot do the update thru the TV. None of the youtubes state from what device the update/install is being done with.
