Sorry! I am very confused.

First, i apologize for asking a stupid question. I am a major novice with kodi so im not even sure where this? Should go. I tried upgrading to 18 via es file, that didnt work so i tried the app downloader and i think i can make that wotk, however i need the url for kodi18. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
