I have a home made win 10 pro, amd am3+ 6 core CPU and lots of ram. I use s cheap USB sound device since audio jack busted. Running no limits.
With 17.1 audio is terrible with lots of random audio cutouts. Sounds great when I downgraded to 16.1. All other audio fine: pandora, Netflix, VLC.
Plenty of CPU and ram available
