BBC iPlayer

When trying to view anything on BBC iPlayer, I get the error message “hostname ‘vod-hls-uk-live.akamaized.net’ doesn’t match u’a248.e.akamai.net”. Does any body have any idea what this means and how I can fix it. I must warn you that I am a complete novice and not really up on technical terms etc. Thanks in advance.
