I have a very strange problem that I can’t figure out. I have a network share with my rip of Silicon valley on it, but for some reason Kodi just seems to ignore it when scanning. The really weird thing is that:
1. It has no trouble with other shows on the same share
2. If I copy the Silicon Valley folder to another share, Kodi scans it without any problems
3. Permissions on the folder are the same as on every other folder on the share
If anybody has any suggestions, I’m all ears.
For the record
1. The NAS where the shares are stored is Windows box using SMB networking
2. The Kodi box is also a Windows system running the latest 17.3 release of Kodi
3. I tried turning on logging, but nothing related to the folder appeared in the log, but as soon as I moved the folder to a different share it showed up in the log
