Kodi quits responding

what a crappy app i have Kodi v 17 and the damned thing says Kodi is not responding. the nexsmart box i hav!e is brandnew and came with kodi preinstalled im able to access other apps on it just not kodi so that tells me its in your end not mine! as far as im concerned i’ll never use kodi again
