VLC media player for Windows Troubleshooting • Crash when init libVLC, version is 3.0.20

Hello, I glad that there is a forum to discuss.
I encountered an crash when init libVLC, the stack is below:

WARNING: Stack unwind information not available. Following frames may be wrong.

My libVLC version is 3.0.20. I have downloaded the symbol files, it’s in .dbg format. I try to parse stack through these symbol files through WinDbg, but failed.
Is it right to use WinDbg to parse? Is there any other method to parse the stack? And is this crash is a known crash?

I hope I can get some info about that, thanks a lot
