Missing movies

So I have just used missing movies addon found all my movies that wasn’t added but then I realised it still wasn’t all of them turns out even if I go on files view some of my movies don’t show up i have checked to see if they are definitely on my hdd and the videos are there just won’t show on kodi also all my movies are in their own folders kodi v16.1
