Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

Hi, Does anyone have a zip repository of the NRJ radio addon? I cannot seem to find it in the kodi addon repository. I tried to download it from here: http://kodi.dvwd.net/addon/music-add-ons.../nrj-radio but it requires a username and password. Thanks.

I realize that in any filmes or series add-on I can set a view as "list info". But everytime I left the page where I set this option, the page comes back to "list" only. I always lose my selection. I cnat see any way to set this. Is this a skin problem?
