Help with Kodi + Movie Scraping

Hi,
All I woud like is to view my Movie downloads folder and view movie information (all I want is to view Movie ratings from IMDB or even better Rotten Tomatoes) however I never get to see anything other than what appears default Kodi settings

I’ve installed various ‘scrapers’ Movie Database’ etc but at no point does any information appear. I can only ever play a video. Pressing c or right clicking on a movie gives me (yes I’ve changed the skin in the hope that would fix it but alas no)
