Is the Color space bug already corrected in the last release KODI 17 ?
I have a problem i did’nt have with Kodi 16. My configuration is Limited – Full – Limited (only intel drivers are set to 0-255). With these settings, the kodi interface looks good, but all movies playing are now “washed out”. I did not have the problem with the previous kodi versions. The problem is solved when i disable hardware acceleration (but i did not want that).
Regarding the wiki : Video_levels_and_color_space (wiki)
” Kodi can be set to use limited video levels through the settings menu.
**NOTE: There is a limitation of the VAAPI Hardware Decoder where it converts to Full video levels despite setting Kodi to use limited. To get limited video content to output from Kodi, you must disable hardware decoding in Video Settings for the time being. This will be fixed in Kodi 17 “
So the bug is not fixed, or i am missing something ?
